Context
This French group in retail, present in more than 150 countries, distributes its products via e-commerce, stores, and resellers. This diversity generates millions of lines of accounting and commercial data. Until now, finance attempted to manage reporting in Excel, a tool that has become unsuitable for such volumes.
Problem
Excel was reaching its limits: files were gigantic, slow to manipulate, and at risk of sudden crashes. Producing reports on time required intense mobilization from the finance team, which was forced to manually reprocess a considerable amount of data. Each entry could not be verified, leading to persistent errors that undermined the reliability of the figures. The solution provided

The rules for reprocessing anomalies have been established to ensure the reliability of the data from the moment of its integration.
